To Preface...
‍These rules are meant to be taken more as guidelines that cover general scenarios. Common sense should be used to decipher what's right or wrong in specific situations. With that being said Staff reserve the right to punish any player when they deem the player deserves it regardless of the situation.

It is the players responsibility to know the rules and if you're unsure whether something is breaking the rules, please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member, if none are online feel free to open a support ticket and they will get to your question as soon as they can.

Any and all rules are subject to change and are enforced using staff's discretion. Any player found blatantly disobeying these rules will receive punishment from staff. Any player found to break or ignore multiple rules on different occasions will not be tolerated and will be banned.

General Rules
Rule #1
‍-Have Respect
-This goes for everyone from new members to admin
-While jokes are welcome hate speech and blatant disrespect will not be tolerated in any form
-Do not spam chat
-Do not be toxic towards other players
-No advertising of other servers of any kind, recruiting and poaching players will not be tolerated
-No political discussion
-PVP is consent based only

‍-Global chat is strictly English only

Rule#3-
Ban/mute appeals can be handled through the Ban/mute appeal tab on the discord.
Do not message staff directly

‍Rule #4-
No hacking will be tolerated
-Any hacks or mods that alter your vanilla experience will not be tolerated
-No AFK fishing

Rule #5-
No duping of any entities or dupes of any kind (Except for TNT dupes)

‍Rule #6-
No raiding or stealing from shops or bases

Shop Rules

Staff reserve the right to remove players plots if their shop does not comply with Shop or Server Rules.
Plots
To buy a shop plot contact an online Staff Member if no Staff are online open a support-ticket. To claim a plot; clearly mark out the area you want and label it with your IGN. (Provided it is within the shopping area and it hasn’t already been claimed.)Plots are sold as 1 Chunk which is a 16x16 square or 256 Blocks. Each plot costs 48 Diamonds. You may own multiple plots. However, we ask that you only buy what you need. Staff reserve the right to step-in if players are being unreasonable with plot requests.

Builds

After purchasing a plot you must begin building a shop within 2 weeks. If you are inactive for 2 weeks your shop will be removed, and the contents stored for you. Shops have no size limits within a purchased area. (So you can combine multiple plots.) All shops must have a sign in front with your name on it to show you own it. When building a shop, we expect players to put effort into their build. Staff reserve the right to ask players to rebuild their shop if it is blatantly ugly or has little effort put into it. We ask that players keep in mind a road system for the area and attach a path entrance to the front of their shops.

Items
When trying to get your shop contents back after inactivity, message an online Staff member. If no Staff are online open a support-ticket. Auctions If you do not build your shop after 2 weeks or are inactive for 2 weeks; your plot will go up for silent auction. All players on the server can bid in auctions, including the previous owner. In the event that a plot is not bid on it will return to an open space. If you win an auction, you have 1 week to complete your new shop. We encourage creativity and are excited to see what our community can create for our shopping district.

Lag Rules

Rules #1
‍-Be lag friendly
-While here at Blithe we encourage players to dream big with their builds and Redstone projects but we also want players to have a lag free experience
-No Chunk Loaders or Lag machines (for obvious reasons)
-Please have an on/off switch on all farms

Rule #2
‍-No entity cramming

‍-Keep Villager halls 6+ chunks away from each other
-No more than 48 villagers per trading hall

Staff reserve the right to ask Any player to move, redesign, or remove their builds (trading halls, farms, redstone builds) that do not follow the listed rules above.

Here at NIghtCraftMc we encourage creativity, while our redstone rules are more so guidelines to help reduce lag and strain on our server, our staff members reserve the right to ask you to redesign or remove your redstone build if it’s causing server lag.

NightCraftMC wants every player's experience to be fun and lag free. These rules are set in place for everyone to do their part and for the enjoyment of all.
